Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This individual will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer receives prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications
