Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Packager in O’Fallon, MO!
Sunday-Thursday | 12:00am- 8:00am | $21/Hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive finished products directly from the assembly line
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging
- Pack items carefully using appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment or palletizing
- Stack and organize completed boxes on pallets according to company guidelines
- Maintain steady pace to keep up with assembly line production
- Monitor packaging supplies and notify supervisor when materials are low
- Keep work area clean and organized, including packing stations and surrounding areas
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping and removing debris
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience preferred
- Forklift experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
