Job Description
Crown Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers / Pallet Builders to join our soda production and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, building stable pallets, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack beverage products according to order specifications
- Build and stack pallets safely and efficiently for shipment
- Ensure product accuracy and proper quantity selection
- Wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for loading
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Fast-paced beverage production and distribution environment
