Sandblaster Responsibilities
● Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prep surfaces for painting or finishing.
● Use sandblaster to remove rust, paint, and contaminants from various materials.
● Inspect and maintain sandblasting tools and equipment before and after use.
● Read blueprints/specs to determine correct sandblasting approach.
● Work closely with team members to ensure timely, quality project completion.
● Assist in finish selection using basic color theory knowledge.
● Perform sandblasting on commercial, residential, construction, and industrial projects.
● Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

Skills
● Skilled sandblaster with strong surface prep expertise.
● Able to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
● Understanding of paint/finish selection and color theory.
● Experience across multiple project types (commercial, industrial, etc.).
● Detail-oriented with consistent, high-quality work output.
● Strong troubleshooting and equipment problem-solving abilities.
● Works well independently and in a team setting.
