Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Welder in St. Charles, MO!
Monday – Thursday | 3:30pm- 1:30am | $21/hr -$23/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Proficient in assigned welding techniques
● Working knowledge of fixtures and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
● Conventional and precision measuring instruments
● Process inspection, certification, and documentation
● Welding equipment maintenance
● Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
● Utilize various hand tools and equipment.
● Utilize mobile device applications and programs.
● Safety and Housekeeping
● Other Duties as assigned by direct supervisor

MINIMUM / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EQUIPMENT)
● Steel toe boots and sleeved shirts & welding hood required. Employee’s responsibility.
● Hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, protective gloves provided by company.
● Successful completion of an internal welding test
● One-year experience in various forms of welding
● Must be able to work in changing ambient temperatures.
● Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
