Job Details

Days Worked: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $27/hour

Field Service Technician Requirements

Ability to travel to customer sites daily for service calls
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform on-site repairs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience: 1–3 years of field service, mechanical, maintenance, HVAC, or industrial equipment experience preferred

About the Field Service Technician Role

As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and service air cleaning systems
Diagnose equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems on-site
Perform repairs, maintenance, and system adjustments to ensure optimal performance
Follow established service procedures and company safety standards
Complete service reports and paperwork accurately and on time
Communicate clearly with customers to explain work performed and system status
Verify truck loads and complete load sign-offs before departing to prevent missing equipment or repeat trips
Identify potential service or sales opportunities and communicate leads to the team
Monitor and manage filter inventory, ensuring filters are cleaned and maintained properly
