Job Description
Machine Operator
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $18–$25 per hour (DOE)
Machine Operator Requirements
● Must be detail-oriented with strong focus on product quality
● Must be productivity-driven and able to meet daily production targets
● Ability to set up machines with proper tooling and dies
● Ability to read and understand operation manuals and work instructions
● Strong hand skills and mechanical aptitude to operate machinery and handle products safely
● Basic product knowledge and understanding of quality standards
● Punctual and reliable with strong attendance record
● Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Previous machine operating experience preferred

About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
● Setting up machines with correct tooling, dies, and materials to ensure accurate production
● Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
● Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
● Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
● Reading and following operation manuals, work orders, and production specifications
● Maintaining accurate production counts and reporting any discrepancies
● Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and reporting major concerns to supervisors
● Maintaining clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with safety standards
● Handling materials and finished goods carefully to prevent damage
● Supporting team productivity efforts and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
● Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
