Production Associate

Production Associate Job Details

Monday-Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm, $19-$20/hr

● Overtime possible and mandatory

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 

• Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and remain standing for extended durations throughout the shift. 

• Manual Dexterity: Comfort operating hand tools, industrial machinery, and standard fluid-dispensing gear. 

• Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring materials and following recipe specifications exactly to guarantee batch quality. 

• Experience (Preferred): Prior background in a manufacturing facility, chemical 

packaging environment, or automated assembly line. Forklift operation experience is a strong advantage. 

Key Responsibilities 

Manufacturing & Assembly 

● Operate machinery and processing equipment utilized in chemical formulation, blending, and dispensing. 

● Assemble mechanical components, including Emecole Metro's proprietary 

spring-assisted dispensing guns and accessories. 

● Measure and batch materials using precise scaling and measuring tools to ensure strict formulation consistency.
