Production Associate Job Details
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $16.00/hr | Wheeling, IL

Production Associate Requirements
- No prior cutting experience required (training provided )
- Ability to multitask and switch between duties as needed
- Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday schedule
- Comfortable using a rotary cutter and production tools
As a Production Associate your responsibilities will include:
- Cut, count, and bag orders as they come off the transfer machine
- Use rotary cutters and production tools to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products are free of defects and misprints
- Verify items are properly assembled and meet company quality standards
- Clip threads, package products, and prepare orders for shipment
- Communicate with the Production Manager regarding defects, errors, or production concerns
- Complete production orders efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
