Days Worked: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:30PM Pay: $18

Requirements

Ability to read an industrial/basic ruler and measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production environment preferred
Ability to operate thermoforming or similar manufacturing equipment (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

About the Foaming Production Associate Role

As a Foaming Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Create bath and shower system components, including bases and accessories
Operate thermoforming equipment to support production processes
Test and evaluate products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
Use hand tools and power tools to build, trim, or adjust products as required
Perform precise measurements using industrial rulers and measuring tools
Maintain consistent product quality through detailed inspection processes
Follow production procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Support workflow efficiency and maintain organized workstations
