Job Title: Second Shift Polisher
Location: West Chicago
Shift: Second Shift 4:30pm to 1am possible Over Time

Pay is based on Experience: $18-$21
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Polisher to join our second shift team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using stroke sanders and hand tools to polish stainless steel surfaces to a #4 finish. This position requires attention to detail, steady craftsmanship, and commitment to quality standards.

This position requires attention to detail, steady craftsmanship, and commitment to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Polish stainless steel materials and components to a #4 finish.
- Operate stroke sanders, grinders, buffers, and various hand tools.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet surface finish and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
Requirements:
- Previous polishing or metal finishing experience required.
- Proficiency with stroke sanders and hand tools.
- Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on the second shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods.
- Work in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, metal particles).
