Production Filler Requirements/Qualifications
- Profile sheet and resume required.
- Meet and greet required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
- Must be willing to learn to operate a forklift if needed.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
About the Production Filler Role
As a Production Filler, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate filling equipment according to safety and quality procedures.
- Fill containers with the correct amount of product according to specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions.
- Ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and packaging of finished products.
- Perform visual inspections for product quality and packaging integrity.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to standard procedures.
- Complete production and batch records accurately.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading product components as needed.
- Support production line operations and daily production goals.
- Work as part of a team to maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations.
