Production Associate – Sewing Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Production Associate – Sewing Requirements/Qualifications
- No previous experience necessary; company will train.
- Must have strong attention to detail and steady hands.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in the sewing department and assist in assembly or machine shop as needed.
- Drug screen required.
- Background check required; all felonies must be reviewed by the client.
- Must be interested in being hired on after meeting the requirements.
- Spanish translator needs must be communicated when setting up the associate.
About the Production Associate – Sewing Role
As a Production Associate – Sewing, your responsibilities will include:
- Sew webbing straps and components according to production requirements.
- Attach components such as buckles, labels, and winches to straps.
- Inspect sewn components for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain steady hands and attention to detail during sewing operations.
- Assist with assembly and machine shop duties when business needs require.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
