Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate.
General Labor Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Middletown, OH
General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle 55-gallon drums.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of labels weighing approximately 20 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, palletizing, and material handling tasks.
- Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to maintain productivity throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.
About the General Labor Associate Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform physically demanding general labor and material handling duties.
- Palletize boxes and organize materials for storage or transportation.
- Lift, move, and handle 55-gallon drums as needed.
- Transport and organize boxes of labels weighing approximately 20 lbs.
- Empty trash containers and prepare waste materials for disposal.
- Box and organize trash and other designated materials.
- Move throughout the work area to complete daily production tasks.
- Assist with maintaining organized materials and supplies.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of unnecessary debris.
- Follow established workplace safety procedures.
- Complete additional general labor and warehouse duties as assigned.
