Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$19.00/hr, depending on experience
Location: West Chester Township, OH

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping and receiving preferred.
- Experience with order picking and packing preferred.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About the Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate Role
As a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
- Stage and load products onto delivery vehicles.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems as needed.
- Handle large and heavy products while preventing damage to materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards.
