Crown Staffing is now hiring Part-Time Social Media Marketing
Sunday- Thursday 20 hours a week | St, Louis County
Position Summary:
The Social Media Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist will support the organization by creating engaging digital content, managing multiple social media platforms, producing marketing materials, and assisting with event promotion and office support tasks. This role requires strong creativity, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects at once. Ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and light customer service or retail support.

Required Proficiency In:
- Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta platform
- YouTube
- Graphic Design
- Canva
- Wix website design
- Marketing across social media platforms
- Cross-promoting between platforms and profiles
Preferred Skills:
- Meetup group organization
- Google Calendar management
- Experience with newsletters, bulletins, and marketing materials
- Square (POS system)
- Retail and/or customer service experience
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute the weekly newsletter and monthly bulletin
- Create and distribute event flyers
- Update Google Calendar with marketing and promotional content
- Prepare New Visitor Packets and New Member Packets
- Create slideshows for Sunday Service
- Work with the Event Manager on event-related graphic design and marketing needs
- Support the Office Manager with overflow administrative tasks
- Create and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts for CSLSTL and Rising Thought Books & Gifts
- Develop marketing materials and the monthly newsletter for Rising Thought Books & Gifts
- Build and maintain a strong YouTube presence
- Assist with the Sunday Service livestream and slideshow
- Promote events, sales, and book-of-the-month for Rising Thought Books & Gifts
