Crown Staffing is Hiring: Production/Manufacturing – Stow, OH
Hours: Sunday – Thursday Nights, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Pay: $18.50/hour
Crown Staffing is seeking Production/Manufacturing team members to perform routine manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Respectful communication and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
- Working knowledge of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing (MS Office preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform intermediate math operations (decimals, fractions, S.I. units)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while identifying improvement opportunities
- Technical credibility: applies professional/technical knowledge to accomplish results and meet customer needs
- Results-oriented and committed to achieving objectives
- Flexibility/adaptability: able to adjust to changing work demands, tolerate ambiguity, and work cooperatively with diverse teams
- High School Diploma or equivalent – required
- Post-secondary education in technical school or college – preferred
- One (1) year work experience – preferred
- Forklift certification is preferred, but not required for temp assignments
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine manufacturing tasks for new or existing products according to standardized procedures and work instructions
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all environmental, health, and safety procedures
- Perform production and pilot scale activities (weighing, mixing, forming, drying) while maintaining accurate documentation
- Submit samples in ERP quality system, test samples, and ship to customers
- Maintain clean and organized workplace using 5S principles
- Adhere to regulatory and safety protocols and participate in all required training
- Perform basic routine maintenance on machinery (cleaning, assembly) under supervision
- Other duties as assigned
