Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician – Lebanon, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift position in Lebanon, OH.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
This role requires a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician who can perform both electrical and mechanical duties in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. You will be on your feet throughout the shift, working in conditions that can be hot, dusty, and loud.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Duties:
-Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase motor control systems
-Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and programming info
-Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on plant equipment
-Install conduit, pull and terminate wiring
-Inspect and repair motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and wiring
-Service electrical components for building equipment and production machinery
Mechanical Duties:
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and plant facilities
-Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical devices and replace defective parts
-Use hand and power tools, material handling, and rigging equipment safely
-Respond promptly to mechanical and electrical trouble calls
-Start machinery and adjust PLCs and VFDs for optimal performance
-Install new equipment as part of plant upgrades or expansions
-Provide emergency repairs during non-production hours
-Maintain clean and organized maintenance and inventory areas
