Now Hiring: Lead Fence Installer – Norwood, OH
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and versatile Lead Fence Installer in Norwood, OH. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work both outdoors and in a warehouse setting. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license as driving to various job sites will be part of the job.
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Norwood, OH
Job Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate fence installation projects from start to finish
-Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and site plans to determine proper fence placement and materials
-Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
-Install a variety of fences I,ncluding chain link, wood, vinyl, and metal fencing
-Fabricate and weld metal fences and gates (welding experience is a plus but not required)
-Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
-Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
-Communicate with clients and team members on-site to ensure project expectations are met
-Manage and train junior installers and helpers on proper installation techniques
-Drive to and from job sites reliably and safely
-Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
-Assist in warehouse duties when not on-site, including material preparation and inventory management
