About the Outside Sales Representative Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support business growth by building and maintaining strong partnerships within the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys in-person networking, outbound sales outreach, and representing a professional brand at industry events.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and tracking all sales activity through a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a minimum of 15 in-person visits per week with real estate agents, brokerages, or offices.
  • Complete at least 20 outbound sales calls per day to prospective and existing partners.
  • Accurately document all visits, calls, and communications in the company CRM.
  • Submit regular activity and performance reports each pay period.
  • Deliver professional presentations to real estate teams and offices highlighting services and value.
  • Plan and host events such as lunch-and-learns, open houses, and realtor appreciation events.
  • Schedule inspections and manage client inquiries through the booking process.
  • Track and submit expenses according to company policy.
  • Represent the company professionally at local real estate events, networking meetings, and community functions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development; real estate or home services industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; comfortable creating and delivering presentations.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) with a strong commitment to accurate data entry.
  • Confident public speaker with event planning experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
