About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a hands-on and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse and production operations in Louisville, KY. This role is focused on team leadership, production planning, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support team members to improve safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Plan and schedule production to meet daily and long-term goals
- Coordinate workflow and priorities across departments
- Supervise and support up to 30 production employees
- Adjust staffing levels based on production demands
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and process issues
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, quality, and performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery or equipment
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or 5S (preferred)
- Ability to use basic measurement tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic math skills
