Production Associate
Bardstown, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Temp-to-Hire | Climate-Controlled Facility
Schedule Information
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday
- 10:30 PM – 6:40 AM
Production Associate Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce small motor components used in automotive applications
- Support the manufacturing of motors used in vehicle window and windshield wiper systems
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Operate production equipment according to established procedures
- Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are achieved
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
