About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring friendly and dependable Baristas to support a fast-paced café environment in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you’ll prepare specialty drinks, assist with food service, and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow recipes and preparation standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Restock supplies and support daily café operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Barista or food service experience a plus
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, communicate in English, and follow instructions and recipes
- Willingness to complete Food Handling Certification if required
