Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling)

About the Property Maintenance Technician Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and professional Property Maintenance Technician to support general maintenance and repair needs across assigned properties. This part-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on handyman experience who can work independently, provide their own tools, and take pride in completing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and basic handyman repairs as needed.
- Replace batteries in smoke detectors.
- Perform basic electrical-related maintenance tasks.
- Replace toilets and garbage disposals.
- Complete routine property upkeep and minor repairs.
- Identify maintenance issues and communicate needed repairs.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and property standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience required.
- Must provide and use personal hand tools.
- Knowledge of common property maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and appearance (jeans, closed-toe shoes, appropriate maintenance attire).
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail.
