Job Description

Storage Facility Attendant
Louisville, KY (Travel to Radcliff Required)
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Part-Time
Schedule Details: 4 Weekdays + Every Other Saturday

Storage Facility Attendant Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and cash-handling skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation for travel between locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with unit availability, pricing, and facility policies
  • Process rentals, lease agreements, and customer payments
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and payment documentation
  • Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and security
  • Open and secure gates and storage areas as scheduled
  • Monitor surveillance systems and report safety or security concerns
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning units and changing locks
  • Assist with delinquent account follow-up and collection procedures
  • Support customers during move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain office organization and packing supply inventory
