Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time
Location: Obetz / Groveport, OH
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking an experienced and dependable General Laborer for a 1st shift position in Obetz. This role requires someone respectful to all coworkers and supervisors, willing to work regardless of the assigned task, and able to follow instructions consistently. Talking with peers while working is fine as long as productivity remains high. The candidate must also be willing to cross-train in other areas, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of heavy lifting.
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable individuals to perform a variety of physical tasks in support of our operations in the Obetz/Groveport area. The ideal candidate will follow instructions closely, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, lift, carry, move, package, and repackage materials or equipment
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, hazards, and waste
Operate basic hand and power tools as required
Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with assigned tasks
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety risks
Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or manager
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Capable of following both verbal and written instructions accurately
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Prior experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse environments is a plus
Willingness to comply with all site-specific safety and conduct requirements
Work Conditions
Assignments may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments
Exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noises, and construction/warehouse equipment
Tasks will require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
