Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 11:00 PM until 7:30 AM
Days: Monday through Friday
Location: Columbus, Ohio, 43207

We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators for a hands-on role in gel pack manufacturing. This position involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production lines to ensure all equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
Overseeing packers and stackers during production
Maintaining accurate production and safety records
Following all safety protocols and operating procedures

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
