Location: Columbus, OH 43223
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Associate to join a busy construction equipment rental company. This position plays a key role in maintaining the yard, assisting with equipment returns, and ensuring operations run smoothly on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with checking in and processing returned rental equipment
- Inspect equipment for damage and ensure it is properly organized in the yard
- Clean and prepare equipment for future rentals
- Load and unload equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard
- Support team members with general labor tasks as required
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently throughout the shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous construction, yard, or general labor experience is a plus
