Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available
Pay Rate: $13.50/hr

General Laborer – Produce Warehouse Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment between 34–37°F.
- Ability to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- 5-panel drug screen required.
- Background check required.
- Must complete the required onboarding packet, quiz, and sign-offs.
- Must be willing to follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
About the General Laborer – Produce Warehouse Role
As a General Laborer – Produce Warehouse, your responsibilities will include:
- Work on production lines processing fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Sort, inspect, and handle produce to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assemble and package finished products for shipment.
- Label, weigh, and organize products according to company guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
