Training Pay: $15.00/hour (first week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring dependable Press / Washer Operators to support production operations in Elizabethtown, KY. This role involves loading and unloading machines, monitoring part quality, and ensuring production runs efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general production and machine operation duties
- Load and unload parts into press and washer machines
- Measure parts using gauges and enter data into computer systems
- Monitor production flow to prevent downtime
- Ensure only one part number is processed at a time and maintain organized work areas
- Follow washer-specific procedures for assigned part numbers
- Verify part numbers and notify leadership of discrepancies
- Maintain washer systems, including monitoring water levels and solution concentrations
- Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Basic math skills (assessment required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
