Accounting Clerk Job Details Location: Bardstown, KY
Pay: $20 – $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Role Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bardstown, KY.
This role is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. The ideal candidate
will bring strong clerical experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities 

-Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. 

-Prepare, verify, and process invoices for data entry.

– Prepares and submits weekly payroll to outside vendor for
processing.

– Prepares all documents for storage and record keeping.

– Making arrangements for all exporting shipments, domestic and international.

– Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts, enter adjustments
into computer database.

– Enter all orders, check status of delivery periodically, and communicate with
suppliers for any errors against purchase order

Requirements & Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED required.

– 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, accounting or purchasing role.

– An associates degree, or a combination of education and experience in the field of Business
Administration or Accounting 

-Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Experience with Microsoft
