Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm

About the Production Associate Role

Crown Staffing is seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Associate to join a dedicated team in Bardstown, KY. This role is essential for ensuring smooth production processes by monitoring machines, preventing jams, and verifying the correct processing of materials.

Key Responsibilities

-Production associates are responsible for moving product from machine, cleaning it, assembling as required and stacking finished parts or goods.

-Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workstation

-Assisting with general production tasks as needed

-Collaborating with team members to meet production goals

Production Associate Requirements

-Previous experience in warehouse or production preferred

-Ability to stand for extended periods and monitor machinery

-Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
