Schedule Information
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
- Overtime may be required
Pre-Installer Requirements
- Minimum of two years of carpentry experience required
- Resume must clearly show at least two years of relevant carpentry experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace-safety practices
- Experience safely using carpentry tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to follow installation instructions and measurements accurately
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to repair, adjust, and replace installed hardware
- Neat, organized, and dependable
- Ability to follow through on commitments and complete assignments
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team
Key Responsibilities
- Install hardware on openings according to instructions from the Pre-Install Manager.
- Review work instructions and verify the correct hardware and materials before installation.
- Measure, position, align, and secure hardware accurately.
- Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, function, and overall quality.
- Report damaged materials, missing components, and installation concerns.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA, company, and facility-safety requirements.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Properly store tools, equipment, and unused materials.
- Complete work assignments according to production and quality expectations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
