Job Overview

Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and creative Cake Decorator to join a growing team in the St. Louis area. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for baking and decorating who can produce high-quality, visually appealing cakes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods according to customer or company specifications
Use icing, piping techniques, and decorative tools to create designs
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
Prepare and maintain decorating supplies and workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with general bakery tasks as needed

Requirements

Must have prior experience decorating cakes
Knowledge of icing techniques, piping, and cake design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
