Cashier / Customer Service Associate
Pay Rate: $15.85 per hour 2PM-8PM
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Provide friendly, professional, and outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with questions and provide a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required Food Handler and Alcohol Service training as required by the location.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
- Basic math and counting skills required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling as needed.
- Willingness to complete required training.
