Holiday Reclaims Associate
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $16.50/hour
Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule Information

  • Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Holiday Reclaims Associate Requirements

  • No previous experience required
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, restocking, replenishment, or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to work across multiple warehouse areas during the shift
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and determine which tasks should be completed first
  • Strong attention to product, quantity, and location accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to cross-train and assist in different departments
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to warehouse and workplace-safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Process holiday reclaim products according to established warehouse procedures.
  • Sort, organize, and return products to their appropriate locations.
  • Restock and replenish inventory throughout assigned warehouse zones.
  • Move between multiple work areas based on daily operational needs.
  • Prioritize assignments to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations for accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory information.
  • Assist with picking, packing, staging, and other fulfillment duties when needed.
  • Keep warehouse locations and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate task status and inventory concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform additional warehouse and reclaim duties as assigned.

  • Standard warehouse and material-handling equipment
  • Inventory and fulfillment systems, if required
  • Carts, pallets, and product-handling equipment
