Assembler Job Details
Monday-Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm, $20/hr
● Overtime possible and mandatory
Qualifications and Requirements
•Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Experience: 1+ years of experience in product assembly, warehouse packaging, or line manufacturing preferred.
•Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills for tool usage, and basic math skills for order counting.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading product schematics, written instructions, and packing labels.
• Dependability: Consistent, reliable attendance and a team-player attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack concrete repair chemical components, dual-cartridge systems, low-pressure dispensing guns, and waterproofing kits according to daily production schedules.
- Operate and monitor basic manufacturing, manual/automatic filling, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual quality checks on product labels, seals, and expiration codes to catch leaks, damage, or inconsistencies before shipping.
• Accurately pull, weigh, and label bulk materials and finished goods based on exact work orders and customer specifications.
•Prepare and organize finished goods onto pallets, wrapping and staging them safely for transit or storage.
• Maintain a clean work area by sanitizing workstations, clearing manufacturing lines between batches, and eliminating hazards.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production quotas and improve workflow efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials, wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting machinery issues immediately.
