Schedule Information
- 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Overtime, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and facility shutdowns may be required
Warehouse Translator Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to translate workplace instructions accurately and clearly
- Six months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with quality-assurance procedures preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, understand, and explain process work instructions
- Strong verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with temporary employees, permanent employees, and supervisors
- Willingness to recommend improvements to products, processes, or assigned work areas
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive and professional attitude toward coworkers and job responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work overtime and alternate schedules when required
Key Responsibilities
- Translate verbal communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Help temporary and permanent associates understand job duties, training, and production expectations.
- Assist supervisors with communicating work assignments and directions during the shift.
- Translate written materials, process instructions, training documents, and workplace communications.
- Explain safety, quality, and production procedures clearly and accurately.
- Provide translation assistance during orientations, meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
- Help associates communicate workplace questions, concerns, and feedback to supervisors.
- Support communication between supervisors, production employees, and fulfillment associates.
- Verify that translated information maintains its original meaning and context.
- Assist with basic computer and documentation tasks when required.
- Recommend communication, training, product, or work-area improvements to the supervisor.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
- Perform additional translation and warehouse-support duties as assigned.
