Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Installer in St. Peters, MO
Monday–Friday | 6am-2:30pm| $20-25

Position Overview
Assist with insulation installation and spray foam crew operations at residential and commercial job sites. This role is hands-on and requires dependability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial buildings according to project specifications.
- Assist spray foam crews with job-site preparation, material handling, installation support, and cleanup.
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following job-site safety procedures.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas with varying temperatures and conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and changing job-site conditions.
- Construction experience preferred, but not required.
Work Environment
Work is performed at residential and commercial construction sites. Duties may involve confined or hard-to-reach spaces, dust, changing temperatures, and extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, or climbing. Appropriate safety equipment and safe work practices must be followed.
