Packer Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

Packer Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work multiple assignments.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow GMP, PPE, and company safety requirements.
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment and vehicles.
About the Packer Role
As a Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Follow instructions from the Line Leader on the assigned production line.
- Assist with verifying materials against the BOM or Job Card.
- Assist Line Leaders with on-the-job training activities.
- Perform general labor duties, including loading and unloading production lines.
- Palletize and inspect products according to quality standards.
- Follow GMP, PPE, and Tripack policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer and Tripack quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow 5S housekeeping practices.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
