Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr, increasing to $20.00/hr once hired on
Location: Miamisburg, OH

Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Resume and interview required.
Forklift experience required.
Ability to work on your feet and move throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday.
Ability to push carts and pull small items until the cart is full.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Overtime may require early start times during the week.
Must be willing to train on the 11:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule for 4–6 weeks when possible.
Dress code: jeans, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes.

About the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Role

As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Pick and pack plumbing supplies.
Move throughout the warehouse while standing for the majority of the shift.
Push carts and pull small products to complete customer orders.
Load carts with products and deliver completed carts to designated shipping areas.
Start over with an empty cart and continue picking and packing.
Operate a forklift as needed after training.
Assist with material handling and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate order fulfillment and product movement.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
