- 5:30 PM–2:00 AM

Forklift/Warehouse Associate Requirements
- Previous forklift-operating experience
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Previous warehouse, order-picking, or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to complete physically demanding warehouse and material-handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to complete inventory counts and product-quality checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
Key Responsibilities
- Pick agricultural products according to customer orders.
- Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment.
- Verify product numbers and quantities for accuracy.
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
- Perform forklift duties approximately 20–30% of the shift.
- Complete general warehouse and material-handling tasks.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
- Perform basic product-quality checks.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all workplace-safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
