- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 1st shift
Assembler Requirements
- Ability to assemble, inspect, and package tile products
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to identify incorrect or damaged products
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to operate assigned production and packaging equipment safely
- Ability to complete repetitive assembly and production tasks
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and stack tile products.
- Grade tile and place it in the correct locations on production equipment.
- Inspect tile to ensure it is positioned correctly and straight.
- Rework products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Place finished tile into cardboard boxes.
- Send boxes through the taping machine.
- Stack completed boxes on pallets.
- Load tile into cutting machines.
- Transfer tile into crates as directed.
- Complete additional cutting-area assignments provided by the Plant Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures.
- Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.
