Forklift Operator
Louisville, KY
Pay: $19.50/hour
Full-Time | Multiple Shift Options Available
Schedule Information
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Mid Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Forklift Operator Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required
- Knowledge of inventory control and replenishment processes preferred
- Experience working with warehouse management systems and computers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with numbers and maintain inventory records
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations
- Assist with inventory control and replenishment activities
- Utilize computer systems to track inventory movements and transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Verify product counts and inventory accuracy
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
