Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday availability as needed)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: Hilliard, Ohio
Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lifting required for heavier items)
- Ability to perform very physical labor throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Spanish language proficiency preferred due to regular interaction with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of language proficiency.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare products for shipment and ensure proper labeling
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Verify order accuracy and product quantities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling
- Support warehouse operations to meet daily production goals
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team
