Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate.
General Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Columbus, OH 43228
General Labor Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately
About the General Labor Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Unloading containers manually and moving products safely throughout the warehouse
- Stacking and palletizing products according to company standards
- Wrapping pallets securely for storage and shipment
- Ensuring products are properly oriented and placed on pallets
- Assisting with warehouse cleaning and general facility upkeep
- Sweeping warehouse floors and maintaining clean work areas
- Cleaning breakrooms and restrooms as needed
- Emptying trash cans and dumpsters throughout the facility
- Labeling e-commerce (.com) orders during downtime
- Supporting warehouse operations wherever needed to maintain productivity
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
