Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 3–4 Days Per Week
Must be available to start at 6:00 AM
Part-Time

Barista Requirements

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Barista or food service experience a plus
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, communicate in English, and follow instructions and recipes
  • Willingness to complete Food Handling Certification if required

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • Assist with basic food preparation and service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow recipes and preparation standards
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Restock supplies and support daily café operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
