Forklift Operator Requirements

● Relevant experience in a similar occupation or industry, preferred

● High school qualifications or equivalent combination of education and

experience, preferred

● 1+ year of experience driving a forklift

About the Forklift Operator Role

As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

● Unload/load product from trailers in accordance with the receiving schedule.

● Communicate regularly with Operations management to resolve issues or receiving errors.

● . Stage shipments.

● . Create accurate Bills of Lading.

● Accurately weigh, label, and close all filled boxes and blue totes.

● Maintain the dock area cleanly.

● Perform daily forklift tasks, including daily inspections.

● Enter data into various computer systems/applications as required.

● Assist with general warehouse labor as assigned when not driving.

● Other duties as assigned.
