Crown Staffing is hiring motivated Entry Level Technicians to support field operations in Charlestown, IN. This role involves assisting experienced technicians on job sites, handling equipment, and supporting daily project work.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and build skills in a technical field while working on a variety of job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with daily tasks on job sites
- Help set up, operate, and break down equipment
- Pull and manage hoses and materials for project setup
- Follow all instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Travel to different job sites as needed
- Support additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Comfortable working at various job sites
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Open to travel as needed
Travel Details
- Travel required throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee
- Company-paid lodging and travel expenses for out-of-town assignments
