Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This role plays a critical part in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments on time
- Load and unload materials using reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage order processing
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
- Follow established warehouse procedures and understand overall warehouse flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience operating reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks required
- Strong understanding of order picking, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes (MRP knowledge preferred)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift overhead as needed
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
